easily generate individual QR codes, based on your templates, to a single product type, to the maximum of 1000 in each batch
Record the status of each item
After the item is sold, and if the customer registers the item as their own on The Clever Label, you can see where it is in the lifecycle journey. We show when each product has been rehomed, repaired or ended its life. This may help advise on future product design and creation and help show customers how well your products last!

Although not built yet, we can envision the retail industry playing a key part with The Clever Label in the circular economy!
Retailers could electronically send a product’s QR code to a customer’s Clever Label account at point of sale, along with a copy of the receipt and any warranty details.
The retailers that offer buy-back schemes for their used products can also use The Clever Label to understand exactly which items and how many have been returned, and also track these product’s forward journey to repurposing or rehoming.
We would like to offer packs of labels for sale or gifting to consumers at the point of sale.

The Clever Label welcomes repair businesses to sign up and offer their services to customers.
You can:
log repair details against a product
create, export and print QR code for products that do not already have one, in order to log repair details
We are happy to work with you to increase functionality of the system. This may include having a marketplace that enables owners of damaged goods to connect with suitable and local repairers.

Repurposer of stuff
We welcome repurposing businesses to The Clever Label as they ensure we have a fully circular economy, saving unwanted and old items from going to landfill.

search the marketplace for unwanted goods that supply your business needs
contact owners of these items easily within The Clever Label

We look forward to The Clever Label being used widely on belongings. For any items that are taken outside of the home and are subsequently lost, we offer organisations an easy way of processing bulk lost property.

scan the QR code on each item with a mobile phone, PC camera or hand held scanner
send a single generic message to each owner, notifying them that it has been found and how to pick up the item
track communication with each owner

If you find a lost item with The Clever Label on it, all you need to do is scan it and follow the instructions to notify the very grateful owner!
You can:

confidentially chat with the owner, in the safe knowledge that this person is the rightful owner
understand if there is a reward offered by the owner for the safe return
view the communication history
